Not only are these classes good for your physical well-being but also your psychological well-being with plenty of fun and laughter!

These sessions help promote general strength and mobility and are done to great music (your choice!).  

The class includes a warm-up, cardiovascular, use of resistance bands, exercise balls and weights, a cool down and then finished off by relaxation and meditation done to the sound of the sea crashing against the shore. The exercises can also be done standing if you prefer.
